Block Party Barricade Request Form

Request for non-commercial use of City Barricades.

Fees for sign usage:
No Parking Signs: $50/day - no hourly rate
Barricades: $75/day - no hourly rate
Road signage: $100/day - no hourly rate

Barricades are to be picked up & returned by the citizen at 725 S Massachusetts Ave, the City Operations & Maintenance Department (the City's O&M Department does not deliver).

Citizen leaves a $50.00 deposit when picking up barricades which will be refunded when they are returned.

Barricades must be picked up before 3:30 p.m.

Barricades cannot be used for Commercial purposes.
