Road Closure- 4th ST. NE between N. Massachusetts Ave. and N. Carolina Ave.

4th Street NE will be closed to through traffic between North Massachusetts Avenue and North Carolina Avenue for approximately two weeks beginning Monday, April 14th. The closure is necessary for work being performed as part of the East Park Redevelopment Project. The work involves disconnecting unused water and sanitary sewer services and installing two new pairs of services. The street pavement will be restored prior to opening to traffic.
