Administrative Policies Manual

The City's Administrative Policies Manual provides general information on policies as sets of rules, procedures and guidelines that govern City employees. Changes occur as needed and are altered to keep pace. These policies are created by the City Administrator and City Department Managers.

City employees follow these policies which include the office's rules, expectations and values and along with other related policies and procedures. This manual covers a wide range of needs within the City and serves as a guide for operations of the City.
