Property Search for Assessed Properties

Individuals can now conduct searches for properties in Cerro Gordo County and Mason City, Iowa. The result of the search will provide detailed records of the property.

Property searches can be conducted by several options. A ‘Name Search’ searches for the owner of a feature. An ‘Address Search’ searched for the address of a feature. A ‘Parcel Search’ will search for a parcel by its parcel ID. The ‘Comparables Search’ allows the search for certain category criteria of a feature including residential, commercial or agricultural. For example, searches can be conducted by the number of stories, bedrooms, year built, square footage, sale price, and many other options.
