Fall 2022 Process- Planning for Calendar Years 2023 and 2024
This year's process included additional elements of community, staff & council surveying; establishment of vision, mission, and long-term objective statements; establishment of a written management agenda; departmental goal-setting; and development of a "work plan" for implementation of the City Council's policy agenda.
